Annabelle's Kitchen is a modern Italian 'neighbourhood' restaurant and a loving homage to our Italian roots. Serving the food we were raised on and the food you love to eat, we offer a variety of classic pasta, antipasti, and pizza made from scratch using the freshest ingredients. We also offer great wine, innovative cocktails, and local craft beer. If the kitchen is the heart of the home, our bright and eclectic Marda Loop location is the heart of the neighbourhood. Aroma Cafe Bar
Aroma is a boutique coffee shop where you can enjoy fresh coffee, pastries, and authentic Mexican food. Located in Marda Loop, Aroma Café Bar opened its doors on March 10, 2020 with the commitment of providing its customers with a unique tasting experience in a friendly environment that is second to none.
Aroma has been distinguished by our customers for bringing delicious Mexican dishes that are carefully prepared by Chef Georgina. Originally from the State of Oaxaca, Mexico, Georgina honed her skills in her mother’s kitchen. Her personality, passion, and cooking style are what customers have loved so much about Aroma.
Since opening, Aroma has been bringing a unique combination of fresh coffee, quality food, rich Mexican flavours, and exceptional customer service to Marda Loop and all of Calgary!

Big Fish & Open Range
Big Fish & Open Range began as a unique dockside style service to Calgarians in 2005 having been originally named ‘Big Fish.’ Evenings, weekday lunch, and weekend brunch, all featuring menu items unique to the Big Fish experience were served. Big Fish looked to continuously provided a better experience for guests by staying on top of the latest seafood trends. Big Fish also took pride in being an Ocean Wise Partner. Open Range opened its doors in 2007 as a premier Calgary steak and chop house next door to Big Fish. It embodied the essence of Calgary; cutting edge, but comfortable and unpretentious. Open Range mixed modern with tradition, serving every cut of meat you would expect but preparing it with an interesting variation of flavours. The vision of Big Fish & Open Range came to be in 2020 after success in providing a duel surf and turf experience. Rather than operating both businesses independently, the decision was made to combine both restaurant concepts – why have one when you can have both? Thus, customers have the opportunity to order from an expanded menu that offers a larger variety of options to appeal to all tastes and cravings. Since making the decision to combine both restaurant concepts, Big Fish & Open Range has grown to two restaurant locations in Calgary - Renfrew and Marda Loop.

Diner Deluxe supports local producers and uses local, ethical, sustainable and seasonal ingredients when possible. We use real butter, fresh herbs and season our dishes with salt and pepper. Since we prepare most of our dishes in house, we have the ability to accommodate a variety of allergies or dietary restrictions. Roughly 90% of our Breakfast/Lunch can be prepared Gluten Free. Please inform your server of any allergies when you dine with us.
