🐣 Eggfest 2026 is back — and it’s bigger, better, and hoppier than ever!

Get ready to hop through the Marda Loop district on a one-of-a-kind Easter adventure. With up to 40 participating businesses, families can explore the neighbourhood while collecting chocolate eggs, discovering local shops, and enjoying a day full of festive fun.

When: Saturday, April 4 | 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Where: Start at Bunny HQ (3546 Garrison Gate SW), then explore participating businesses throughout Marda Loop

What: Kick things off at Bunny HQ with a photo with the Easter Bunny, then grab your official event map and plan your route through the Loop. From there, hop from business to business as participating locations hand out chocolate eggs along the way — it’s the ultimate neighbourhood egg hunt!

A full event map will also be available online the week before, so you can plan your route ahead of time.

Keep your eyes peeled for our Golden Egg Scavenger Hunt, open to both kids and adults. You could win a GIANT chocolate Easter bunny and other exciting prizes just for grown-ups too. Full details on how to participate will be announced the week of March 30, so be sure to check back and plan your strategy before the big day.

Think you’ve got what it takes to crack the ultimate Eggfest challenge?

Hidden somewhere along the Bunny Trail is the Golden Egg—tucked inside one of our participating Marda Loop businesses. Throughout the week (and on event day), we’ll be releasing a series of clues to guide you on the hunt. Follow the hints, explore the neighbourhood, and see if you can track it down.

But here’s the twist: it won’t be easy. The Golden Egg is cleverly hidden—just enough to challenge you, but still findable for those who look closely.

Be the one to discover it, and you’ll win an egg-stra special grand prize: a 1.5 kg chocolate bunny courtesy of Master Chocolat—plus some serious bragging rights.

How to play:

Head to the Bunny HQ on event day, sign up for our area-wide newsletter (or show us you’re already subscribed), and receive your first clue. From there, follow the trail, explore the Loop, and if you find the Golden Egg, bring it back to Bunny HQ to claim your prize.

And yes—there’s something for the adults, too. We’ve curated a special prize pack just for you, including a custom box of handmade chocolates from Master Chocolat and a $200 prize package from FS8, featuring a 5-class pack and a pair of grip socks.
