The Marda Loop BIA has launched its second annual Sip and Support Local program — a month-long celebration designed to bring the community together, highlight local businesses, and make holiday shopping warmer and more fun.
Enjoy a limited amount of FREE COFFEES at participating retailers on Nov 22, Nov 29, Dec 13, and Dec 20, experience Spirit of the Loop on Dec 6, and watch for surprise activations throughout the season, like late night shopping, business-specific events and more!

Need a hand wrapping your holiday gifts? Join us for That’s a Wrap, Marda Loop, a festive community activation where you can get one gift wrapped by donation in support of Discovery House!
Warm up, enjoy lunch, explore local shops, and support a meaningful cause, all at the same time.
How It Works
Bring one boxed gift per person, donate any amount to Discovery House, and our volunteers will wrap it for you. You can leave your gift with us and pick it up before 3:00 pm, or stay in the area while we wrap.

Discovery House is a Calgary non-profit that provides shelter, safety, counselling, housing, and long-term support to women and children fleeing domestic violence. Your donation directly helps families rebuild with stability, dignity, and hope.
