Erin Ross has been playing a confident mix of roots music for many years from her home base in Calgary. In February 2024 she released The Wind Will Lead Me Home, an assured, nine song collection that shows Ross’ command of the bedrock strains of roots, including blues, folk, rock and roll and jazz.
She has followed this with a collection of singles that showcase her style of songwriting, and explore the dynamic relationship between her voice and her instruments. Her newest single As the Crow Flies is due out on August 1 2025, and like Erin’s previous recordings ruminates on themes of home, and belonging.
