Created by the team at Leonard Development Group, Kale and Rod started the project by introducing Calgary to Gardenia Flower Boutique. After feedback from the community, they decided to create a larger space that allows for more shops with a similar atmosphere.   The Shops at Avenue Thirty Four is expanding their retail spaces to offer local Calgary businesses a unique opportunity to grow their business.  Le Comptoir by Francois cafe and Swish Salon are now part of the collection and business is booming.  Spaces are still available, including 8 new spaces coming soon right next door.
